Avison Young advised on the divestment of Celebro
We are happy to announce that Celebro - class A office building in Warsaw - has been sold. Avison Young investment team represented the seller, White Stone. The buyer is Eika Real Estate Fund, managed by Eika Asset Management - newcomer to the Poland's real estate market. The property offers ca. 7,200 sqm GLA.
The seller was also advised by CMS and MDDP. The buyer was advised by JLL, TPA Group and Eversheds Sutherland.
