Avison Young facilitates Chaos’ growth with a new office at 2 Oliver Street
10 juillet 2024Boston, MA – Avison Young has successfully negotiated a new 6,662-square-foot (sf) lease for Chaos, a leading developer of 3D visualization technology for architecture, engineering, construction, product design, manufacturing, and media and entertainment, at 2 Oliver Street to serve as its Boston office. The 6,662-square-foot (sf) lease represents Chaos’ move from two non-connected floors at 71 Summer Street to accommodate the tech company’s growth. Chaos will occupy a portion of the 10th floor. Avison Young’s Jeff Gates and Kirk Weller, both located in the firm’s Boston office, represented Chaos in this transaction.
“This transaction marks a pivotal moment for our client, empowering them to expand and craft a space perfectly tailored to their evolving business needs,” said Gates. “This is yet another great example of how companies continue to seek high-quality spaces for employees taking advantage of hybrid models.”
The amenity program at 2 Oliver Street includes a full-service bar and restaurant, a golf simulator, fitness center, conference spaces, security, bicycle storage, and immediate access to Oliver Street shopping and dining, as well as close proximity to Post Office Square and the Greenway.
“This move empowers us to accelerate our momentum by expanding our team and better collaborating to provide our customers with a comprehensive visualization ecosystem and more accessible design technologies,” said Russ Martin, Vice President of Global Revenue PEC, Chaos. “Our team is excited for the opportunities the new space provides as we continue to scale our business to meet growing demand across industries.”
