Working with our continuing client Urban Compass, Avison Young Project & Construction Management provided Tenant Representation and Construction Management at a new Cambridge location. 

The AY team coordinated and managed tenant vendors, IT/AV/Security, furniture procurement, budget and schedule management.

Interior Fit-out of the renovated space including all offices, conference rooms, café, server room and
lighting.
