After leading Hamilton Lane through a successful occupancy planning and design phase, including negotiating tenant favorable terms, with cost savings in the six-figure range, Project Management’s contract as Hamilton Lane's Tenant Representative, was extended to oversee the construction of their five floors in Seven Tower Bridge.

Avison Young oversaw the complete process including budget and schedule creation with updates, bi-weekly project reporting and vendor coordination, for a turnkey deliverable.
