Brock Tupper partners in leading Avison Young's flexible solutions practice in North America.  Brock works with our tenant representation, leasing, and investment teams to provide consulting and transactional services to flex office operators, enterprise occupiers and institutional owners.

Brock comes from flexible workspace giant IWG where he spent nine years in a variety of roles.  Most recently he served as a key member of the Global Sales Team as Global Director, Enterprise, working with some of IWG’s largest customers.  Previously, he served as Director of Workplace Strategy primarily responsible for bridging the gap between the differences in traditional real estate and flexible office solutions.

With his direct flexible provider experience, Avison Young’s agnostic service offering, and unparalleled technology, Brock supports occupier clients through a unique lens.  Understanding how a flex provider operates is crucial when building and integrating a Flex process into existing occupier operations.

Brock has over 18 years of experience in real estate with the last 10 years focused exclusively on flexible solutions.  He has worked across several sectors including technology, financial services, professional services, not for profit and government.  Knowledge of how different sectors consume and utilize flex is key in delivering success and great client experiences across the Globe.
