Since joining Avison Young, Mr. Gobert has continued to grow and expand the Avison Young brand throughout South Western Ontario. He has achieved excellent results year over year, eventually reaching Vice President in 2015.  Charlie has successfully leased up well over 200,000 square feet representing many large AAA companies. One of Charlie’s accomplishments in growing the Avison Young brand includes representing the landlord at Citi Plaza in London ON with over 600,000 square feet to manage. Mr. Gobert has been involved in many land sales and redevelopment transactions, industrial sales, leasing and office leasing, representing both the Landlord and Tenant.  Charlie’s knowledge in the South Western Ontario Market is extensive, allowing him to work strategically with our clients by educating them and guiding them through the process in order to maximize results and always in the clients best interests.
