Emily Ignacz is a rising Commercial Real Estate Management professional with almost 4 years of experience in the industry.

Starting her career in property management with Avison Young in 2022, Emily has continued to grow with the organization, developing her experiences from a student intern to her current role as Property Manager. She specializes in industrial and mixed-use assets with a portfolio of 8 properties spread across the GTA comprised of just over 500,000 sf.

Emily’s areas of expertise include financial reporting, budgeting, capital planning, environmental reporting, implementing cost effective solutions, and risk management.  She feels the foundation to her success is a team effort and therefore strives to maintain strong internal, tenant, client, and vendor relationships.

Emily is currently working towards achieving her RPA designation with BOMA Canada, proving her dedication and willingness to learn and grow alongside a rapidly evolving industry.
