Fred is a Valuation Consultant at Avison Young Vancouver and built an excellent foundation of knowledge in his previous role in Investment Research. He is currently working alongside Steven Caldecott and focuses on a wide range of property types, including shopping centres, development land, office, retail, industrial, and multi-residential properties, as well as Single Room Occupancy (SRO) hotels.

Fred joined Avison Young in May 2022 as the Research Coordinator for Vancouver’s Investment Division where he was responsible for analyzing and maintaining the investment comparable database for all asset classes in British Columbia and preparing semi-annual market research reports. 

Fred holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia (UBC) with a specialization in Finance and is currently working towards his AACI, P. App designation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
