Working out of Avison Young’s downtown Toronto office, Graham Booth is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor specializing in achieving optimal commercial real estate solutions for occupier clients. Graham joined Avison Young in November 2022 to further augment Avison Young’s Tenant and Buyer Representation initiatives. The elimination of landlord conflict allows his team the freedom to think and act in the best interests of the client, transferring maximum value to the occupier side of the negotiation equation.

Graham is dedicated to prioritizing the best interests of corporate space users through every stage of the process, working exclusively with office, life sciences and industrial tenants and owner occupiers. This includes, but is not limited to, direct leases, subleases and coworking contracts, as well as purchases in the office, life science and industrial markets.

Graham previously worked on the tenant representation team at Savills Brokerage Inc. and, prior to this, he was a Director at the Ontario Centre of Innovation (OCI). Having been a part of the Ontario innovation ecosystem for over 15 years, Graham has a firm understanding of the unique needs and challenges facing Ontario start-ups, scaleups and innovation-based companies. Graham has helped numerous businesses with their commercial space needs at the expansion and scaleup phases of their business strategy. Client companies include Mentimeter, Rethink, Hashtag Paid, Invision AI, BTTC Canada, Tony Gee, Cannabis Co-Pack, Leo Pharma, First Source, HBC-radiomatic, IMRSV, Monarch Custom Plywood, Cintal, Rush Street Interactive, UFP Industries and many more.

As a part of his role, Graham is a trusted partner to many economic development agencies tasked with bringing promising businesses into to the Province of Ontario. Graham also acts as team lead for Avison Young’s partnership with OneEleven, a leading Toronto accelerator that is home to a community of high performing technology scaleups.
