Josh was motivated early to start his career by starting his apprenticeship through the Registered Apprentice Program in high school allowing him to attain his Journeyman Certificate as a Carpenter at only 21.  From there he grew to be a foreman for residential and agricultural builds and a Site Construction Supervisor focused on commercial builds. Bringing with him 12 years of a construction background adds additional to his new challenge when in 2012 he joined a notable brokerage in southeastern Alberta in which he gained a good handle on the commercial and industrial sectors.  He is now pleased to contribute to Avison Young and the market we serve.
