Josh Rahme is a Team Lead for the Avison Young Calgary Retail Team and has substantial knowledge of the Southern Alberta market. Josh has been a part of 200+ Lease transactions and continues to manage an array of existing and development projects across Southern Alberta. Josh’s success has led to several noteworthy assignments including: Creekside Shopping Centre, Sierra Springs Shopping Centre, Beacon Heights Shopping Centre, Evolution East Village and The Market at West Springs.

Josh’s knowledge of the market has also allowed him to assist in the Canadian expansion of several National retailers including: Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Design Within Reach, Dollarama, Structube, Rogers Wireless, Sally Beauty, Cosmo Prof, Moore’s, Sport Clips, Weight Watchers, Nathan’s Famous, My Gym, Papa John’s and several more.

Josh is a member of the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and attends the conferences in Toronto and Whistler annually.
