Michael Fleming serves as Vice President, Business Strategy & Development to support the expansion of Avison Young’s consultative service offerings. In this role, Michael will work directly with our project management and consulting leadership to cultivate client relationships and develop growth strategies across Canada.

Michael brings over 22 years of experience in the real estate industry spanning real estate development, construction project management and a multitude of consulting and advisory services. His broad experience over the last 10 years as a sales and marketing professional has helped him build an extensive network of key client and industry contacts.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Michael worked at Colliers in a Business Development capacity for both the Project Management and the Strategy and Consulting divisions. He played a key role in their growth, as well as the development of new services. Michael is adept at working within a multi-discipline environment and helping to develop customized service offerings for clients and their real estate challenges.
