Nancy joined Avison Young in January of 2021 bringing over two decades of experience in commercial real estate in appraisal and property management.  Prior to joining AY Nancy worked for 25 years for a large international commercial real estate company in both local administrative as well as national administrative management roles.  She has an excellent background in the operations and support to manage a successful team.  Prior to starting her commercial real estate career, Nancy worked for several years in the residential property management field in downtown Edmonton.

Over the years Nancy has gained valuable skills in the areas of office procedures, team management and support and garnered the respect of her peers and supervisors with her knowledge and drive to succeed.  As a result, she was recognized with a number of Service Excellence nominations and awards including the National Award of Excellence in 2015.

Nancy is a self-proclaimed team player who welcomes the opportunity to provide assistance and support when asked and prides herself on being that go-to person that can be counted on.
