Rob Cheznowski is a Project Manager with Avison Young’s Real Estate Management Services team located in downtown Toronto, managing projects in buildings across the GTA. 

Rob manages capital projects and is responsible for the delivery of all construction projects across the portfolio. Overseeing tenant fit outs, managing back to base renovations, and ensuring landlord lease obligations are met related to renovations. 

Prior to joining Avison Young, Rob gained valuable industry experience working for general contractors in Toronto and is a graduate of both Conestoga & St. Clair College.
