Stephen Cook joined Avison Young as Senior Vice President, Property Tax Services in March of 2020. During his 30+ year career in the industry, Stephen has provided portfolio valuation and consulting services for numerous national and regional clients. In his 16+ years as a valuation and arbitration professional, Stephen has arbitrated, decided, and written numerous leading decisions. In addition, he has also attended as an expert witness before the Dispute Advisory Panel on PILT disputes. He is a wealth of information for those new to the industry and he dedicates his time to provide ongoing training on all aspects of valuation and the arbitration process.   

Stephen is a life-time member of the Edmonton Real Estate Board.
