A Mechanical Engineer (P.Eng.) by trade, he possesses deep expertise in sustainability within design and construction (LEED AP BD+C). His impressive career spans significant contributions in both private and public sectors, with notable achievements in Higher Education, Office Interiors, Industrial, Secure Facilities, Retail, Infrastructure Programs, and more. Notably, he joins us from Colliers, where he successfully led numerous high-value projects.
His skills include but aren’t limited to project chartering, plan development, feasibility assessment, and design management. Thomas has a proven track record of collaborating seamlessly with owners and occupiers, adeptly navigating through the intricacies of contract management and negotiation, all while ensuring schedule adherence and stringent cost control measures.
