Operating with Avison Young’s top producing team in the GTA, Tom plays an integral role as a commercial leasing and sales specialist working with both tenants and owners in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of commercial facilities with a specific focus on the GTA West submarket.
Responsible for all phases of the real estate lifecycle from conception to closing, Tom manages offering documentation, the negotiation of business terms and clauses, along with the organization and review of due diligence materials.
