Tracy Bramwell Chubaty recently joined the Winnipeg Avison Young team as Research Analyst / Social Media Coordinator.  Valuable experience gained in all aspects of Residential Property Management and Commercial Lease Document Management over the last ten years allows Tracy to identify market trends for all divisions of the Avison Young Winnipeg team.

She focuses her market experience to analyze and produce specialized reports for external and internal uses.  Tracy is also the administrator of the Avison Young Winnipeg social media channels - Twitter and LinkedIn on which she utilized the online mediums to promote current projects and informs the market on updates and events.

When she is not researching data and creating reports, Tracy is usually found behind her camera as an award – winning professional photographer, traveling to beautiful new (and very old) locations or in a Zen state as an avid hot yoga enthusiast.
