We request Agreements of Purchase and Sale be submitted no later than October 24th, 2022, to Avison Young, Attention: Michael Brown. It is the intent of the Vendor to enter into a formal agreement of purchase and sale with a selected proponent shortly after the submission date. All offers will be subject to the removal/risk mitigation of an antiquated restrictive covenant and a right of first refusal by the tenant Rogers Communications.
