The Devenish Building

The Devenish is 17th Avenue's and arguably one of Calgary's most distinct and prominent Heritage buildings. It's unique character stems from its origins as an apartment complex built in 1911, which has since been repurposed into a mixed-use property with retail on the main floor and two floors of office above. The immaculate interior renovation was completed by McKinley Burkart in 2017.

Throughout the Devenish, you'll find creative spaces with exposed brick and beam features, hardwood floors, and expansive windows overlooking 16th or 17th Avenue. Available spaces range from 370 sf to 1,900 sf. Book your tour today!
