Jordan joined Avison Young in 2017 after working with one of Edmonton’s leading commercial mortgage firms for 4 years as a licensed mortgage associate. While completing his BBA degree he spent the summers working in a support role at the mortgage brokerage company he eventually joined.

Over this timeframe he has participated in the funding of over $250M of commercial real estate loans ranging from seniors assisted living, multi-family acquisition, retail purchases, industrial re-finance and land development.

As such, Jordan brings a strong knowledge in the underwriting and placement of commercial debt across all asset classes. He has developed strong relationships with institutional, secondary and private sources of financing allowing him to accurately place the debt to meet both the client and lender’s needs. He has been a member of NAIOP and regularly attends the Developing Leaders sessions to gain additional perspective into the real estate business.
