Ted Davis joined Avison Young in 2010 and is currently Chief Operating Officer for their Canadian operations. Prior to this Ted was Managing Director of the Southwestern Ontario office before the addition of Managing Director of Avison Young’s Toronto West operations. Ted, along with his team, continues to oversee day to day operations of these offices. Ted received his real estate license in 2004 where he started his career in the Toronto West offices of a large commercial real estate brokerage.

Ted Davis also has extensive experience leading a business management and investment firm that has had active investments in government operations, tech, property and marketing operations. Ted is currently the President of the Central Canada Chapter of SIOR. He has also enjoyed donating his time with speaking engagements and board involvement at a number of professional organizations along with presentations at Universities and Colleges.
