Aidan Mallovy is a commercial real estate specialist that has been working at Avison Young since 2015. His wide-ranging transaction experience includes the sale and leasing of industrial and office properties, distressed property and receivership sales, and land sales and development. He has recently been given the title of Vice President based on his strong track record of successfully navigating transactions and ensuring his clients receive optimal results in their real estate dealings.

His clients receive industry leading service and guidance due to his diligent and detail-oriented approach. He welcomes challenging real estate requirements and ensures the best service is provided by partnering with the appropriate sector experts at Avison Young so that the client has the best team working on their behalf.

Among other charitable endeavours, Aidan annually participates in the Ride to Conquer Cancer as a member of team HicksFire. In 2019 he led his office in Avison Young’s Day of Giving initiative and oversaw the donation and sorting of 8,100 meals for those in need.
