Warren D’Souza joined Avison Young in 2016 as the Research Manager for Suburban Markets in Greater Toronto. He is responsible for leveraging Avison Young’s state-of-the-art AVANT platform to provide leading-edge market intelligence focused on commercial real estate in Greater Toronto suburban markets and Southwestern Ontario.

Warren has more than 20 years of commercial real estate research experience, with much of that time focused on Industrial product. He provides sound guidance to landlords and tenants that are partnered with Avison Young brokers.
