Victoria Devencore Realty rebrands as Avison Young, bringing depth of experience across British Columbia

Victoria, British Columbia – Avison Young today announced an expansion of its service delivery to clients with the addition of Devencore Realty Victoria Ltd. in Victoria, British Columbia, which will rebrand as Avison Young and broaden the firm’s collective intelligence, with 16 offices across the country.

The affiliation brings together Avison Young’s real estate advisor and broker professionals in Victoria and Vancouver – creating a 123-person team in British Columbia with a broad range of expertise to deliver innovation and insights to clients.
