Now in its second year, the BC500 features leaders who have a notable impact on British Columbia’s communities, industries, and economy.

With 40 years of industry experience, Keenan has negotiated approximately $3B in lease and sales transactions, with specialized expertise in income properties, development sites and value-add opportunities within the urban Vancouver market. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Urban Land Economics and Finance from the University of British Columbia, and he is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and Urban Development Institute (UDI).
