This strategic expansion aligns with Stephen Silverstein's role as the current Principal and Managing Director of U.S. Studio, Project, and Construction Management for Avison Young.

Schmidt, a Boston, Massachusetts-based professional, brings a wealth of experience since joining Avison Young in 2015. Renowned for his strong leadership and significant market presence, Schmidt has been instrumental in driving remarkable growth in the northeast region, creating a diverse team advising clients across an array of sectors including office, life science, multi family, industrial, retail and relocations.
Filbert, based in Dallas, Texas, showcases exceptional leadership since joining Avison Young in 2022 as Director. He drives national opportunities, delivers innovative solutions, and prioritizes client-centric services in the south and central region, emphasizing capital improvements for major asset management entities and working alongside defense, industrial, corporate office and maritime sectors.
