This newly constructed 11-story residential luxury boutique building was designed by Deborah Burke. Built in 2006 with 17 units and penthouse with set back solarium and roof decks, 48 Bond Street’s granite and glass curtain wall system is a highlight of mid 2,000 building boom in NOHO, New York City. The amenities include an indoor salt water pool, fully equipped gym and health center and private garage. Construction management and field superintendent services were provided.
