Adobe leased one and a half floors totaling approximately 30,000 RSF at 100‐104 Fifth Avenue. Adobe consolidated three recently acquired subsidiaries from three separate locations into this new facility. One of the three companies had a lease expiration of July 31, 2015 driving fast‐track, phased construction of the fifth floor, followed immediately by the fourth floor.

On the fifth floor, open areas, the elevator lobby and existing coffee station received cosmetic upgrades. In addition, several conference rooms were constructed with a wall opening between 100 Fifth Avenue and 104 Fifth Avenue.

On the fourth floor, open areas received cosmetic upgrades. The lobby was renovated, a new large employee lounge/café was constructed and many new training and conference rooms were built. In addition, a new MEP room was built to house the CRAC unit servicing IT rooms on both floors.
