Cody Goloubef is an Associate Sales Representative in Avison Young’s Toronto West office. Cody specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties throughout the GTA with major focus on the GTA West submarket. Cody will focus on leveraging commercial real estate to support productive workplaces and strong communities.

Cody’s background as a professional athlete enhances his work in commercial real estate. Cody represented Canada, winning an Olympic bronze medal in 2018 and a gold medal at the World Junior Championships in 2008. Cody’s experience in the NHL with teams like the Columbus Blue Jackets, Colorado Avalanche, Ottawa Senators, and Detroit Red Wings has developed his competitive spirit, strategic thinking, and commitment to excellence.

At the University of Wisconsin, Cody balanced academics with his role as a scholarship athlete on the varsity men’s hockey team, competing in NCAA Division 1. This experience taught him the importance of teamwork, integrity, and personal growth—principles that inform his approach in the real estate sector.
