Constantin Negrut has been involved with managing properties since 2007. He is an experienced property manager who takes pride in providing excellent professional services in the industry. Constantin served in the Romanian military for 15 years where he fulfilled a variety of roles as a non-commissioned officer. There he developed much of his leadership and team building skills that he uses everyday in property management. Constantin approaches his work with integrity, a positive attitude and creativity. Some of his strengths are leadership, building strong relationships with councils, owners, tenants, and contractors, strong problem solving skills, and effective communication.  He is an enthusiastic self-starter motivated to deliver exceptional results. In 2015 Constantin was the recipient of the Rising Star Award from the Professional Association of Managing Agents (PAMA) for his extraordinary commitment in the industry.
