Josh Rahme is a Principal and Practice Lead with Avison Young’s Retail Leasing and Sales Team. Working alongside business partners, Hani Abdelkader and Morena Ianniello, and team members Kirk Steinberg and Parul Singh; Josh forms part of one of the market’s most active Retail Services Team.

Josh’s knowledge of the market has also allowed him to assist in the Canadian expansion of several National retailers including: Dollarama, BMO, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Blaze Pizza, Fabricland, Structube, Sally Beauty, Cosmo Prof, Massage Addict, Sport Clips, Cora’s Breakfast & Lunch, Panago Pizza, Rogers Wireless and several more.
