Olivia joined Avison Young in October 2021 as an Associate, Client Services Coordinator, bringing with her four years in commercial real estate, industrial and office. As part of a brokerage team, she supports her colleagues in all aspects of their business, including tenant representation, marketing presentation preparation, client correspondence, business development, and is responsible for listings and market research.

Before starting her career in commercial real estate, Olivia worked in a large Quebec family business in transportation and logistics, where she developed her knowledge in sales, communications and corporate and consumer marketing (B2B, B2C).

In real estate since 2016, Olivia has worked in administration, marketing and leasing roles, working with the sales and marketing teams to apply business and performance tool to accomplish the company’s common goals. She has excellent experience in the operations and support required to manage a high-performing team.

Olivia is a person who loves to work in a team and has valuable skills in the areas of office procedures, team management and customer service.

Olivia also volunteers on the Public Relations and Marketing Committee of the Women's Centre of Montréal.

In collaboration with her partners, Joey Di Biase, Pierre-Luc O’Brien and David Savard-Fortier, they manage a complete quality service, which puts increased transparency on the market and the interests of the client at the forefront of everything, in order to obtain conclusive results.
