100 New Park Place

100 New Park Place is the signature office building in the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (VMC), which is undergoing rapid development. This neighbourhood is becoming a hub for business, entertainment, and residential living in Vaughan. The VMC is home to several large-scale developments, including office towers, retail spaces, and residential buildings.  

100 New Park Place is a 15-story, 340,000 square foot, LEED Gold office tower with under floor air and a side-core elevator design to provide a healthy indoor environment in a modern and efficient style. The building features retail amenities and office spaces directly connected to the VMC Subway Station at the top of the new TTC line 1 extension.
