Grand Lake Louisbourg

Avison Young, on behalf of the Vendor, is pleased to offer for sale the Grand Lake Louisbourg Project, an existing and evolving housing development located in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.

The Project offers investors approximately 2,400 acres of development land, primarily along the shores of Grand Lake, just 25 minutes from Sydney. Several existing roads are in place, providing access to most of the potential development land and a septic sewage system has been previously engineered and built on site as the project reaches 60 or more residential units.

Throughout the offering process, the current Project owner is committed to continuing work to further enhance and add value, in order to see the land evolve into a sustainable housing development along with appropriate features and amenities.
