Aidan Mallovy has been a commercial real estate specialist at Avison Young since 2015. He has extensive experience in the sale and leasing of industrial and office properties, distressed asset and receivership sales, and land sales and development. Recently appointed as principal, Aidan is recognized for his proven ability to navigate complex transactions and deliver outstanding results for his clients in the real estate market.

His clients receive industry leading service and guidance due to his diligent and detail-oriented approach. He welcomes challenging real estate requirements and ensures the best service is provided by partnering with the appropriate sector experts at Avison Young so that the client has the best team working on their behalf.

Among other charitable endeavours, Aidan annually participates in the Ride to Conquer Cancer as a member of team HicksFire. In 2019 he led his office in Avison Young’s Day of Giving initiative and oversaw the donation and sorting of 8,100 meals for those in need.
