Matin joined Avison Young as a Valuation Consultant in October 2023, becoming an integral part of the Valuation and Advisory Services team based in Downtown Toronto. With two years of prior experience in the commercial real estate industry in both research and valuations, Matin seamlessly integrates his well-honed research skills with the valuation process, enhancing his ability to produce highly efficient and reliably accurate property appraisals. His career has afforded him the opportunity to appraise a diverse range of asset classes, including industrial, office, land, retail, and expropriation properties.

In his pursuit of professional excellence, Matin is currently enrolled in the AIC program at the University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business, actively working towards obtaining his AACI designation.
