Michael has been consistently active within the commercial real estate industry for over 25 years. He has represented his clients in hundreds of transactions representing millions of square feet acquired, sold, leased and subleased in office properties.

Michael’s clients benefit from his experience that provide him with a strong grasp of technical aspects of real estate combined with empathy for his clients’ various business circumstances and his determination to deliver excellent results.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Michael was employed at another large full-serviced commercial real estate services company in Toronto. Michael also owned his own boutique real estate brokerage with a team of 10 specializing in office tenant representation.
