Zinnia Bookwala is a certified Interior Designer (NCIDQ, ARIDO) based in Toronto, offering 10+ years of history in designing and managing projects ranging from residential, commercial, retail to hospitality in the cities of Toronto, Muscat and Mumbai.
Zinnia directs end-to-end project management from combining her expertise in design, contract administration and technology with a genuine dedication to create innovative, value engineered and functional supportive spaces that shape people's lives and influence their behavior.
At Avison Young, Zinnia works along with the Workplace Consulting team and supports them in the complete design process from initial workplace strategy to project closeout, focused on successful delivery of Workplace Consulting projects.
Apart from designing, Zinnia serves as a PINs Advisory Board member for TRIEC and offers mentorship, assistance and support to aspiring Interior Design professionals in their employment journey through TRIEC’s mentorship program.
She is an avid reader with a love for science, mathematics, information technology and outdoor adventures. She also pursues calligraphy and mixed media art.
